Adecco are proudly recruiting for a Transport Operations Administrator for our industry-leading client based in the Wrexham area.

This is a great opportunity for a personable professional to join a friendly and supportive team in a fast-paced office.

Working hours: The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hrs. Working hours: M-F 08:30-17:00 (AM Shift - 1 in every 5 Saturday)

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day coordination of fleet journeys

  • Planning efficient and effective routes for drivers

  • Liaise with customers to manage contract requirements

  • First point of contact for driver queries, including holiday booking

  • Site reception and general supportive administration duties

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and admin skills

  • A confident and professional telephone manner

  • Confident with MS Office packages

  • A team player who is willing to support colleagues

  • Previous experience within transport, logistics or route planning
