We are working with a well-established global organisation to recruit Transport Administrators to join their team and help out in a busy period of growth.

The company works from a modern open plan office building with a dynamic atmosphere, based in the outskirts of Maidstone with free parking on site. The ideal candidate will be happy to dive into the role and undergo any tasks that need attending to throughout their shift.


  • They are looking for someone with some background in transport and logistics, you will need to have a good knowledge of transport and logistics administration.

  • Understanding of how transport works and all the bits that go along with it - national or international transport

  • Tracking of deliveries

  • Good computer skills, emailing, data entry

  • Using of SAP systems - (previous experience will be advantageous but not essential)

  • Previous experience working in transport sector or having worked for company that uses hauliers / freight forwarders.

  • Customer contact via emails and telephone

  • Be able to work on own initiative

  • Fast learner, able to learn new processes and procedures and how these are to be implemented

  • A lot of on the job learning, learning by doing and gain more understanding and knowledge as we go forward all together

  • It will involve a lot of emailing / calling clients in the UK to advice their shipments are arriving to the UK,

  • Role requires someone flexible and easily adaptable

  • Speaking another language would also be advantageous
