Adecco Chester are proud to be recruiting for an industry-leading, successful travel specialist who are experiencing significant growth and therefore expanding their friendly team!

We are looking for personable, warm individuals to join the customer service team - assisting owners of holiday properties with queries, booking property visits and guiding owners through the on-boarding journey with gold star service. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience

  • Good numeracy and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good standard of written work with accuracy and attention to detail

  • IT literacy of the following: Windows, Word and Excel

  • Confident and able to use initiative

  • A dedicated work ethic

  • Excellent organisational skills

The role is permanent, full-time. Working Hours are 37.5 per week covering 5 days out of 7, operating on a shift rota basis between the hours of 9am-7pm.

Salary: £19250 with up to £700 performance bonus per month. Based in modern offices in Chester city centre.
