Our Public Sector client based in York are recruiting for a Trust Secretary to work within their headquarters in York

As a Trust Secretary you will provide Support to Trust Governors and Board Directors.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Dairy Management.

  • Email Management.

  • Answering any external queries.

  • Dealing with confidential correspondence.

  • Liaising with other Trust Stakeholders.

  • Arranging meetings and events.

  • Arranging travel and accommodation for visitors.

The successful Trust Secretary be able to communicate at all levels, you will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise. You will have a good level of IT skills with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously.

  • This position is an ongoing temporary position up to the end of April 2021 with a view to extending contract.

  • Working Pattern in 37.5 hours per week.

  • Pay rate is £30.00 to £35.00 per hour depending upon experience.
