Position Title: TV Export and Programming Manager

Location: London 6PS (6 Pancras Square)

Assignment duration: 12 months

Onsite schedule: Hybrid working

Salary: £44k - £54k

Bonus Plan: Company Plan (yearly)


This role will be responsible for day-to-day support of the TV & Film Vertical in EMEA, helping land globally-designed products to EMEA markets in a way that delivers success locally.

In particular, they will oversee activities required to ensure that key projects run efficiently and effectively.

The role focuses on execution, delivery, reporting status, and escalating issues.


  • Reporting to the Sport & A La Carte Lead, supporting projects across the TV & Film vertical

  • Working across 4 key TV & Film projects:

  • A La Carte Paid Channels

  • Shorts Remix

  • Broadcaster Value Proposition

  • Export Program

  • Candidate should be prepared to switch focus over the course of the temp period, guided by their manager, on the most important initiative at the time, which may evolve beyond these four initial key projects


  • Project Management:

  • Setting up and updating project trackers for key EMEA TV & Film projects

  • Working closely with country teams to ensure we have the latest information, and that projects are on track

  • Highlighting and Escalating where we have gaps

  • Project Communication:

  • Creating executive reports summarising project status & communicating gaps and risks

  • Ensuring that deadlines and timings are met and maintained

  • Ensuring with legal that deliverables and claims are externally shareable

  • Communicating clearly with EMEA stakeholders on deadlines, and

  • Key liaison for certain cross-functional teams

  • Marketing

  • Technical Operations

  • Legal

  • Opportunity Sizing & Target Setting

  • Identifying top leads for product rollout

  • Creating and maintaining revenue forecasts against key initiatives

  • Integration of targets into CRM system

  • Building benchmarking database



  • Relevant degree

  • Solid years of experience in a project management role, ideally at a tech or broadcast company Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong professional etiquette

  • Organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to take initiative and multi-task across projects, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment

  • Strong experience with Sheets and Slides


  • Track record of delivering successful high visibility projects

  • Analytical skills - building model & forecasts
