Role: UX Researcher

Location: London UK

Duration: 12 months

Salary Hourly Rate: £16.54 - £20.08

Applicable Bonus: Company Plan (Yearly)

Project Overview:

The UX Research will be working on our Business Profile within the Commerce PA.

Overall Responsibilities:

We are looking for a UX Researcher to support multiple teams throughout the product lifecycle as we build products for Merchants (businesses).

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform mixed-methods research from conception through completion (e.g., creating and executing research study plans, and communicating results).

  • Communicate insights, through clear communication and compelling storytelling, to diverse audiences via presentations that multiple stakeholders can easily understand.



  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science or related field

  • Experience with research design utilizing various methods including but not limited to usability and concept studies, interviews and diary studies.


  • Great written and verbal communication

  • Excellent interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Working knowledge of quantitative research and the principles of experiment design.

  • Firm understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of various research methods, including when and how to apply them during each phase of the product development process.
