Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 7.00am -4.00pm & Fri 7.00am - 2.15pm 39.5 hours

Main Responsibilities

This role requires you to coordinate the completion of Value Added Service activities within the Beverages department. Working alongside Sales, Quality, Customs and Logistics to meet customer's requirements.

Value Added Service (VAS) activities:

  • Issue rework plan for VAS Operation team

  • Coordinate with VAS Team Leader to ensure customer rework requests are completed

  • Manage stock transfers from automated warehouse to VAS bonded area

  • Monitoring stock movements on AS400 system

  • Reconcile stocks after rework

  • Complete weekly performance & daily productivity reports

  • Customer returns - packaged customers

  • HMRC checks and investigations

The Ideal Candidate

Business Knowledge

  • Customer service and order management

  • Warehousing processes preferably automated warehouses

Essential Functional / Technical Skills

  • Stock management and knowledge of warehouse processes

  • Systems and supporting analytical and modelling skills

  • Good organisational skills

  • Effective communication both oral and written

  • Working with third parties
