I have an excellent opportunity to work for a major FMCG company, working virtually from home as an Executive Assistant.


The EA will provide superb executive administrative support to four Vice Presidents of the European Leadership Team. This role will report to a Sr. Executive Assistant which will enable aligned support to the team. Experience with global time zones is required.



£135 - £150 per day


4 month contract


Candidates must be available immediately


Start date 02/11/2020



The Role:


Excellent at dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information showing very high Integrity & Trust


Developing and maintaining relationships around higher management


Act as gatekeeper for any requests, calls or meetings - both internally and externally


Assisting with project / budget management - looking for ways to reduce expenses where possible


Project Management with expertise in supporting projects and agendas of multiple senior leaders


Provide exceptional administrative support to the team. This will include pro-active diary management, anticipating events and deciding upon action required, acting upon key requests and resolving issues as they arise


Decide, plan & execute complex, detailed domestic and international travel itineraries including all transportation, lodging; obtaining all necessary visas and travel documents by working together with the company travel agent


Take the initiative to identify and undertake opportunities that add value to the efficient operation of the team and the office



Experience required:



  • Previous experience in large FMCG, matrixed organization is desired.

  • Previous experience of providing administrative support and co-ordinating events is essential, ideally working with / for senior leaders / international associates.

  • This role requires a high degree of independence and motivation to prioritise workload as well as the resilience and ability to manage at high pace while remaining calm under pressure.

  • The job-holder must be an excellent communicator both written and verbally and have a desire to proactively make continuous improvements.

  • The job-holder must have bring effective event management experience
