Adecco are currently recruiting for a Warden Administrator - working 15 hours per week - could be flexible with hours ideally - 9am - 12.



Your role as Warden will include:
 Greeting new residents and explaining the facilities and community generally, whilst providing help and support on an ongoing basis.
 Ensuring all logs and administration are kept strictly up to date, so handover is thorough and clear.
 Coordination of required maintenance and cleaning through the use of Contractors and cleaners
 Ensure high levels of Health & Safety compliance are kept by daily walkabouts and follow up any issues with Property manager.
You will demonstrate:
 A helpful and approachable quality which encourages the elderly residents to feel secure and enables their Community to connect.
 Experience in communicating with both customers and liaising with a range of service providers.
 Ability to keep clear records and organise around any different priorities.
 Awareness of the relevant Health & Safety aspects of running a site.
