On behalf of ENCIRC, Adecco are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join the ever-growing, highly successful manufacturing plant in Derrylin, Northern Ireland.




Main Responsibility


The Warehouse Administrator will provide stock management by maintaining accuracy in the IT systems between RIFD / SAP with continual reconciliations within our stock while investigating and resolving issues in the systems. Working with the wider business team to ensuring all customer returns and open shipments are processed within the company process while provide WH support where required.










  • Maintain daily Reconciliation between stocks in RFID / SAP

  • Reconcile and resolve any differences in stocks between the system to ensure stock accuracy

  • Complete all the necessary correctional work in our system e.g. Correcting idocs & systems errors in material management of SAP / RFID

  • Strategically review and assign locations for our Production operation and optimising warehouse space effectively

  • Reviewing and adding to the stock movements internal plan

  • Provide WH data stock reporting on scanning accuracy, stock movements etc…

  • Fully investigate and correct all incomplete shipments using the recognised IT system

  • Ensuring all customer returns and open shipments are processed within the company process while working closely with sales, transport, and accounts to close out month end

  • Providing support cover to the warehouse admin team when required

  • Warehouse Systems Superuser for improvements and projects

  • Process and track internal incidents and stock transit issue and trends to establish root cause





The Ideal Candidate



  • Good level of general education & ability to learn new concepts & principles

  • Detailed knowledge of SAP is essential

  • Positive attitude & 'can do' approach

  • Knowledge & previous experience in high-pressure Logistics environments within the food, drinks or packaging environments

  • Ability to demonstrate personal success in the achievement of challenging business targets

  • Understanding of the Warehouse & Distribution industry

  • Problem solving skills

  • Resilience



Essential Skills



  • Computer Literate

  • Experience in SAP system would be an advantage or similar Warehouse systems

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Time Management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise

  • Ability to work on short term issues and support colleagues across the business




Package Description


Salary from £27,000 to £30,000 plus 5% Annual Bonus (Discretionary)


Permanent Position to start asap.


Week 1 Mon-Thurs 05.45-14.00 Fri 05.45-13.00 Week 2 Mon-Thurs 13.45-22.00 Fri 13.30-21.15 39.5 hours
