We are looking for a Warehouse administrator to help and support with all warehouse functions.


This role will involve all the administration aspects of inbound/ outbound stock.


Also be able to work in the warehouse if needed.


Ideally if this person has a reach truck licence will be an extra bonus or if not needs to be willing to take a reach truck course at some stage.


Working time: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (37.5hours)



Administration



  • To ensure Wholesale sale orders are processed in line with customer lead times and with standard operating procedure.

  • Ensure all required documentation is prepared for each shipment, meeting required import/export regulations.

  • Act as key point of contact for internal departments.

  • Create full batch on reports and monitors to ensure information is available.

  • Update the KPI's



Inventory Control



  • Ensure all stock movements are confirmed on Navision.

  • Ensure all production orders are completed and updated.

  • Manage stock accuracy levels within business stock loss tolerance.

  • Ensure all adhoc stock requests are updated on Navision.



Goods In



  • Co-ordinate resource levels in line with intake levels.

  • Ensure all Navision processes and procedures are updated.

  • Report all delivery queries.

  • Communicate with NPD & finance on any shortages.

  • Communicate with suppliers regarding over/under deliveries.



Returns & Damages



  • Control of all returns for customers

  • Process returns through Navision and arrange credit note when applicable.



Carriers



  • Liaise with carrier partners on all delivery requirements

  • Maintain delivery schedules and advise of any changes.

  • Control POD's as required.



General



  • As member of the DC team contribute to the efficient running of the operation in all areas.

  • Ensure security at all times.

  • Health and safety awareness & Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

  • Ad hoc warehouse duties




Skills and personal:


Knowledge of MS Office


Knowledge of a stock system


Honest, reliable and dedicated


Attention to detail


Able to lift and move heavy packages and objects


A good team player


Willing to work overtime at short notice.
