ADECCO are looking for a Warehouse Administrator for their client based in Swansea.

Mon-Fri - Full Time


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with good administration and organisational skills!

This role comes with long-term prospects for the right candidate.

This role will support the day-to-day administration function of the warehouse.

The Role:

  • Deal with incoming transport queries

  • Data entry of delivery information

  • Use of SAP system

  • Check accuracy of labels to shipments

  • Record transport costs and cross-check against POs

  • Book in deliveries

  • Book transport as per order requirements

  • Invoicing

  • Monitor returns and ensure they are managed correctly

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Organised with good time management skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Flexibility on working hours to meet business demands

  • Confident decision-maker

  • Team-player

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of and/or experience with warehousing, distribution or logistics, an advantage
