Adecco are recruiting for three Warehouse Team Leader roles to work for a well-established client in Newbury.


The purpose of the role will be to lead, direct and coordinate all Warehouse personnel activities within Supply Chain teams, this will entail being responsible for the Goods In, Goods Out, Line Feeding and Data integrity of the Warehouse, under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, ensuring the team is fully satisfying its customers' needs with regard to quality, cost, delivery and standardisation.


The working hours are 6am until 2pm and the shift pay rate is £13.49 and £27,300 on a permanent basis working a 39hr week.


The ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing and production environment, understand quality procedures, knowledge of health and safety legislation, have strong communication skills, be PC literate and have previous Team Leader experience.


Personal attributes needed are the ability to lead a team, strong management and motivational skills, team player, decision making & positive attitude.
