Would you like to work for a company that can offer you the flexibility of working from home 2 days a week? Do you have a basic understanding of technical terminology and workshop practices? Can you build strong customer relationships?

Our client is a global leader in their market and due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator to take responsibility for the recovery of all warranty costs from suppliers. There will be small amount of travelling involved with the occasional overnight stay when required. This will not be a regular occurrence and there will be plenty of notice given.

Experience of dealing with technical queries in relation to heavy construction machinery and engines is required. The successful candidate will also need to be able to have:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • The ability to work unsupervised using own initiative and judgement

  • Be willing and able to carry out minor manual handling

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • A driving licence and willingness to travel is essential
