Waste Co-coordinator

� Is an office based role, supporting the team to answer the telephone to all customers, take and liaise messages, answer queries, site record updates and filing ensuring customer satisfaction

� Always communicate in writing back to customers and suppliers. Confirm conversations, bookings, complaints and positive customer service examples

� Communicate to your manager and a director any concerns you may have with any customer or Supplier

� Greet any visitor, customer, supplier, colleagues with mutual respect and provide hospitality whenever required including refreshments, introductions and making the guest feel comfortable in our surroundings

� There are opportunities to develop once the assigned accounts/s are running to company standard including site visits and client facing opportunities. This could be in the first instance note taking and writing up meeting minutes

� Identify profit opportunities within existing and new clients through the use of the Procurement Process

� Update and communicator client trackers

� Ensure strategic supplier selection is in place based on rates, service, and payment terms.

� Set up credit accounts to enable our supplier network to grow. This should be proactive as well as reactive

� Complete the Duty of Care procedures for our clients, keeping a record of insurance details and licenses of any suppliers used and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire checks to ensure the supplier standards meet Encore's and our customers expectations

� Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and our network of suppliers

� Book services to meet clients needs and ensure that they arrive promptly and fulfil service requirements, recording details in the Project Live Sheet and Encore Calendar

� Chase legally required documents for each delivery/exchange/collection - waste transfer notes and weigh bridge tickets, to allow Project Live Sheets to be completed, further enabling us to complete reports and invoice

� Produce and update any required corporate documents: Starter Packs for new sites; Site Waste Management Plans; Monthly Reporting Packs; Completion Packs for finished sites

� Support general administrative responsibilities, such as filing, scanning and maintaining supplier records. Communicate any improvements/ amends to these as appropriate to your manager

� Maintain the central Project Database, updating this weekly, to record any new sites and the stages each site is currently at: Procurement, Duty of Care, Project Live, Reporting, Completion

� Focus and deliver, on time any specific projects allocated to you by your manager or Director
