Role and Responsibilities

Working alongside the IT service team to assist the rollout of windows 10 workstation across the business.

• Preparing and configuring workstations for deployment


• Performing hardware and software upgrades


• Working with end users to replace their equipment.


• Working with the current service teams to ensure user software applications run seamlessly on rollout.


• Working towards a project plan for timely completion of the project.


• Escalating problems to senior colleagues when resolution is proving difficult.

• Must have good customer service


• Good communication skills


• Able to work well under pressure


• Well organized, punctual and flexible


• Works under own initiative and as part of a team


• Clean and current drivers licence


• Experienced rollout engineer
