In this Administration role you will support the resource management of the client Support Line Services by using workforce management techniques to ensure that SLS service level objectives are met and to maximise efficiency and occupancy.

Combined with this the minimum of 3 months contract beginning 02/01/2019 gives a positive start to the new year with secure, well paid work.


Duties include:




  • Creating new schedules

  • General admin duties

  • Reporting directly to performance manager

  • Monitor inbound resource requests



This role is diverse to your generic admin roles, its more challenging and offers a completely different work load.
