Yard/Warehouse Operative

We have a vacancy for a Yard/Warehouse Operative (forklift) to work in our Independent Specialist.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loading and unloading vehicles


• Picking/Packing of customer orders both collected and outbound


• Despatching driver orders


• Checking off products correctly against inbound deliveries


• General Housekeeping of Yard and Warehouse


• Heavy manual handling


• Stock rotation and space management


• Stock checks

SKILLS

You must:

• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence or have had experience using a Forklift Truck.


• Be able to work to tight deadlines


• Demonstrate good communication skills in a friendly and polite manner


• Take pride in your work and demonstrate consistency in day to day tasks


• Have good attention to detail


• Have good time managements skills

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
